Welcome to SENTIENT LIFESTYLE STUDIO. My name is Loren Lavine. I am an artist/designer and vibrational alignment coach. My work is designed to create beauty and balance for your home, office, body and mind to promote emotional wellbeing and clarity. SENTIENT is not only part of my brand recognition, it is a way of being. I discovered my gifts of clairsentience at a very young age and I've since been exploring and honing those skills through my art, jewelry, design, and coaching. I want to thank you for visiting my virtual studio and invite you to explore and feel what resonates with you.
Loren has been using discarded wood in her art for many years. Her latest exhibit, 'Broken Beauty' was held in a San Diego gallery. “We are bits and pieces of everything and everyone we experience. We are beautiful masterpieces all bound together by the stuff of life. When you hold yourself sacred, you hold everything in your world sacred: the good, the seemingly bad, and the indifferent. Healing comes when you change your perspective and see them all as blessings.” - Loren Lavine
"Instead of giving up your power to life's circumstances, you will come to know you need only give INTO your power, and life will meld its circumstances around your thoughts of it." - Loren Lavine, Alignment Life Coach
SENTIENT ReDesign can transform your space into a viable and creative environment. Loren Lavine designs with three things in mind: consciousness, energy flow, and calibration. Click on the icon to email Loren with your design questions, or to set up a consultation.
Loren Lavine studied jewelry design at Humboldt State University in Northern California and has a diverse background in fine arts and through her Native American heritage. She is a member of the Hoopa Valley Tribe and a descendent of the San Ildefonso tribe of New Mexico. "Formal education served me well but I learned about good design and technique by watching my grandmother, aunt and mom make their jewelry," said the designer. Click on the image to visit and shop.
Loren Lavine has been painting since she can remember. She works primarily in acrylic on canvas but has been involved in several large scale mural projects. "I paint with emotion," said the artist. "People say they always get a feeling from looking at my work. I like to think of myself as a channel and I paint what comes through me." - Loren Lavine Click on the image to see the gallery
I hand-paint each design separately. No two are exactly alike. I use food safe glazes on a 6 inch x 6 inch ceramic tile. It's then mounted on reclaimed wood (approx. 8x8x1 inch). Tiles can be ordered unmounted for application to a backsplash or other surfaces. Makes a welcomed gift for birthdays, holidays, housewarming, a couple's gift, and as a way to warm up any space.
