Cancellation Policy

Brushes & Brews is a mobile paint event held at your brewery. Every event takes effort and expense on our end to create a positive and professional experience. We reserve dates/times, plan and prepare, pay for supplies, and schedule based on registrations. We plan accordingly to make sure your Brushes and Brews experience is the best it can be. We do understand that things come up, conflicts arise, and emergencies can effect your ability to keep your commitment to your event. Below is the Brushes & Brews cancellation policy. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

While we are sorry to lose the opportunity to paint at your brewery, the Brushes & Brews cancellation policy is in place to protect the professional artist that is scheduled to instruct each party. For this reason, a minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation is required before your event date, to grant a partial refund or a rescheduled date. Events booked within 7 days of the desired date must be paid in full and will not qualify for cancellations or refunds. When you cancel before the 7 days notice you will receive a partial refund of any fees paid. (Excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit.) This fee goes towards the supplies and time spent in preparation of the event that was supposed to be scheduled. If you cancel on the day of the event, you will forfeit all deposits & fees made, no refunds will be given.

Deposit Policy

Brushes & Brews events are booked by placing a non-refundable deposit of $100 that goes toward the total cost of your event, which is used to purchase the needed supplies, and to secure the desired date/time, after availability is confirmed by Brushes & Brews. The date and time is not secure until the deposit is paid, therefore it is best to pay the deposit as soon as you can to get the desired date/time. Once you have paid your deposit, your desired date and time slot will be scheduled on the calendar, securing your event. Please email sentientloren@gmail.com to reschedule.

Rescheduling Policy

If you are wanting to reschedule your event, whether it’s the date or time needing to be changed, an extra deposit fee of $50 will be charged each time rescheduling occurs and will go towards your total cost. Rescheduling can only be granted with 3 days notice before the first scheduled event.

Emergencies

I do understand that emergencies happen. Please call or email Loren Lavine directly if you need special consideration for a refund. We will try my best to accommodate.
